Club Magnolia Hospitality and Club Magnolia 19 After Golf Experience are Private events. Access is for the exclusive use of Club Magnolia Members and their Guests only. Club Magnolia is not a public venue.

Event postponements, cancellations, restrictions, or other alterations due to any conditions constituting a Force Majeure pursuant to Club Magnolia’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase, are out of the control of Club Magnolia, and Club Magnolia shall not be held responsible for such alterations. No refunds shall be issued by Club Magnolia for unused services, or for the loss of enjoyment caused by such alterations. All events and hospitality purchased through Club Magnolia and/or Empire Entertainment & Travel, Inc., as applicable, should be considered “rain or shine” final purchases. For the avoidance of doubt, customers assume all risks as there will be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements for rainouts or other weather conditions, Force Majeure events, or other events that disrupt play.
