Club Magnolia reserves the right to adjust amenities, menus, event times, hours of operation, and services at any time without prior notice.

Club Magnolia Hospitality and the Club Magnolia 19-After Golf Experience are private events. Access is limited to Club Magnolia members and their invited guests only. Club Magnolia is not open to the public.

Event postponements, cancellations, restrictions, or other changes resulting from Force Majeure events, as defined in Club Magnolia’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase, are beyond the control of Club Magnolia. Club Magnolia shall not be held responsible for such changes, and no refunds will be issued for unused services or loss of enjoyment resulting from these circumstances.

All event and hospitality memberships purchased through Club Magnolia and/or Empire are considered final and “rain or shine.” Customers assume all risks, and no refunds, rain checks, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for weather-related disruptions, Force Majeure events, or any other interruptions to play or scheduled experiences.
